1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By accessing or using the website desknovra.com and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or purchase our products.
These Terms of Service apply to all visitors, customers, and users of desknovra.com. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. The version in effect at the time of your order will govern your purchase.

We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. Colors and finishes may appear slightly different depending on your screen calibration. Minor variations in dimensions or appearance between product images and the actual product do not constitute a defect.
3.2 Availability
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at any time. If a product becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will notify you promptly and offer a full refund or an alternative product.
3.3 Pricing
All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD) for the American market and Canadian Dollars (CAD) for the Canadian market. Prices are shown inclusive of any applicable taxes where required by law. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time of checkout confirmation.
4. ORDERS
4.1 Order placement
By placing an order on desknovra.com, you make an offer to purchase the selected products at the displayed price. Your order constitutes a binding offer subject to our acceptance.
4.2 Order confirmation
We will send you an order confirmation email upon receipt of your order. This confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order but does not constitute acceptance. The contract between us is formed when we send you a shipping confirmation email.
4.3 Order cancellation
You may cancel your order free of charge before it has been shipped by contacting us at support@desknovra.com. Once an order has been dispatched, the standard return process applies as described in our Return & Refund Policy.
4.4 Right to refuse orders
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, payment issues, or product availability. In such cases, we will notify you and issue a full refund if payment has already been processed.
5. PAYMENT
5.1 Accepted payment methods
We accept the following payment methods:

- PayPal
- Apple Pay
- Klarna (installment payments)
5.2 Payment security
All payment transactions are processed through secure, PCI DSS certified payment providers. We do not store your card details on our servers. Your financial information is encrypted and handled exclusively by our payment processors.
5.3 Payment authorization
By submitting your order, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and that the information supplied is accurate and complete.
5.4 Failed payments
If your payment cannot be processed, your order will not be confirmed. You will be notified and invited to provide an alternative payment method.
6. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
6.1 Shipping zones
We currently ship to the 48 continental United States and the following Canadian provinces: Ontario, Quebec, British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, and Prince Edward Island. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, or Canadian territories.
6.2 Shipping costs
Shipping is free on all orders. No minimum purchase is required.
6.3 Delivery times
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days from the date of purchase. Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:
- Continental United States: 3 to 5 business days
- Canada: 5 to 7 business days
These are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates. Delivery may be affected by factors outside our control including weather, carrier delays, or customs procedures.
6.4 Tracking
A UPS tracking number will be sent to your email address as soon as your order is dispatched. You can use this number to track your delivery in real time on the UPS website.
6.5 Delivery failure
If delivery is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or failure to collect the package, additional shipping charges may apply for redelivery. Desknovra is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect delivery information provided at checkout.
7. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Returns and refunds are governed by our separate Return & Refund Policy, available at desknovra.com/policies/refund-policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms of Service.
Key terms:
- 30-day return window from delivery date
- Products must be unused and in original packaging
- Return shipping costs are covered by Desknovra
- Refunds processed within 5 to 7 business days of receiving the return
8. WARRANTY
8.1 Commercial warranty
Every Desknovra desk is covered by a 2-year commercial warranty from the date of delivery, comprising:
- 1 year manufacturer warranty from Henglin covering defects in materials and workmanship
- 1 additional year of extended coverage provided by Desknovra
8.2 Warranty coverage
The warranty covers defects in the motor, steel frame, control panel, and electronic components under normal use conditions.
8.3 Warranty exclusions
The warranty does not cover:
- Damage resulting from misuse, accident, or modification
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by failure to follow assembly or usage instructions
- Cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality
- Products purchased from unauthorized resellers
8.4 Making a warranty claim
To make a warranty claim, contact us at support@desknovra.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and supporting photos or video. We will assess your claim and respond within 24 hours.
8.5 Legal warranty
In addition to our commercial warranty, customers may benefit from legal warranties under applicable consumer protection law, which vary by jurisdiction. These Terms do not affect any statutory rights you may have under applicable law.
9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on desknovra.com — including but not limited to text, images, logos, graphics, product descriptions, and website design — is the exclusive property of 27 Agency — Verseux Titouan or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any content from this website for commercial purposes without our prior written consent. Personal, non-commercial use is permitted provided you do not remove any copyright or proprietary notices.
10. USER CONDUCT
By using our website, you agree not to:
- Use the website for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website or its systems
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
- Interfere with the proper functioning of the website

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Desknovra and 27 Agency shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website
- Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
- Damages resulting from events beyond our reasonable control including natural disasters, strikes, or carrier failures
- Any inaccuracies in product descriptions or pricing resulting from typographical errors
Our total liability for any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant order.
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
12. FORCE MAJEURE
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, government actions, or carrier disruptions. We will notify you as soon as reasonably possible and make every effort to fulfill our obligations once the situation is resolved.

Our website may contain links to third-party websites for your convenience. These links do not imply endorsement of the linked website or its content. We have no control over third-party websites and accept no responsibility for their content, privacy practices, or terms.
14. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with French law. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of desknovra.com shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Toulouse, France, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the law of your country of residence.
For customers located in the United States or Canada, you may also have rights under your local consumer protection laws that cannot be waived by contract. Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit those rights.
15. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
In the event of a dispute, we encourage you to contact us first at support@desknovra.com so that we may attempt to resolve the matter amicably. We commit to responding to all disputes within 5 business days.
European Union residents also have the right to submit a complaint to the European Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
16. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
17. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy and Return & Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Desknovra regarding your use of our website and purchase of our products, and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
