Do I need any tools or experience?
No prior experience needed. All necessary tools are included. The process involves fewer than 20 components and follows a straightforward sequence covered in the installation guide.
Compatibility
Can I attach a monitor arm?
Yes. The desktop is compatible with standard desk clamp monitor arms. We recommend arms with a clamp jaw opening of 0 to 3 inches. The Desknovra Dual Monitor Arm is available directly on our store and is designed to fit any Desknovra desktop.
What devices can I charge with the built-in USB hub?
The included 7-port USB hub supports standard USB-A devices and USB-C charging. It handles phones, tablets, keyboards, mice, and most peripherals simultaneously.

How long does shipping take?
Orders ship within 1 to 3 business days from our US warehouse. Delivery takes 3 to 5 business days in the continental US and 5 to 7 business days in Canada via UPS. A tracking number is emailed as soon as your order ships.
Is shipping free?
Yes — always. No minimum order, no hidden fees. We ship to the 48 continental US states and 10 Canadian provinces.
Do you ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or Canadian territories?

Warranty & Returns
What does the warranty cover and for how long?
Every Desknovra desk includes a 2-year warranty — 1 year manufacturer coverage from Henglin plus 1 additional year from Desknovra. Motor, frame, control panel, and all electronic components are covered against manufacturing defects. Contact support@desknovra.com to initiate a claim.
What is your return policy?
30 days from delivery. If you're not satisfied, contact us at support@desknovra.com with your order number. Products must be unused and in original packaging. Refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days of receiving the return.
