Can I add casters to my Desknovra desk?
While it is technically possible, we don't recommend adding casters as they may compromise the stability of the desk.
What warranty does the Desknovra desk come with?
All our desks are covered by a 2-year warranty, and we're proud to offer full coverage with no limitations on specific parts. If your desk ever has an issue that can be resolved by replacing a part, we'll ship the necessary piece quickly. If the issue concerns the frame, we'll send a brand new one and arrange the return of the old one. To get started, simply send a photo or video of the issue to our customer support team. Your satisfaction is our priority — in most cases, we'll ship the replacement part or frame the next business day.

What does the warranty cover and for how long?
Every Desknovra desk includes a 2-year warranty — 1 year manufacturer coverage from Henglin plus 1 additional year from Desknovra. Motor, frame, control panel, and all electronic components are covered against manufacturing defects. Contact support@desknovra.com to initiate a claim.
What is your return policy?
30 days from delivery. If you're not satisfied, contact us at support@desknovra.com with your order number. Products must be unused and in original packaging. Refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days of receiving the return.
